I have a TWSBI Mini clear F for $45 shipped, CONUS.
I have used this pen only ~4 times since I got it. I sent the nib to TWSBI and they fixed/replaced it--you are basically guaranteed a perfect nib.
The only reason I am selling it is because I prefer broad nibs over the F nib. I recently sold a TWSBI 580 EF on here for the same reason. It was a stunning pen (like this one is).
