My name is Gerd and while I am from Austria originally I live in the UK now. I have used fountain pens for most of my life and I really got interested while I was at university. For a while I strayed off the true path of enlightenment but I am back. Have been following FPGeeks podcast from day one and finally signed up to the forum. So, Hello to everyone, glad to join you.

Do you specialise in any particular FP brand or just grab what ever you can ?

I do like Sheaffer fountain pens and I have a small collection. I also like BCHR pens with flex. I use all my pens and I like tuning and restoring old fountain pens I get from eBay. I also do simple repairs like fitting new sacs or changing piston seals, when its easy to get to them. Its all very rewarding.
