Years ago, in a place far, far away, there were Parkers and Sheaffers which came on cards. Then there was the Parker 75. Life and carbonized message pads happened--that was my Pentel pencil era. Then there was the quest. Finally, there was the whole-house search for that Parker 75. In the months while that was ongoing, I thought I was was buying another Parker 75 (lovely laque job), but it turned out to be something else, which led me over to FPN to figure out what I had. Then I got more of them. Richard Binder says I may have one of the largest collections of Parker 35s on the east coast, although that doesn't count for much.

After that, I went to my first pen show, where I learned to say Visconti. Now I'm broke, but I have some really great pens.

Hi WendyNC and welcome to the FPG forum.

This forum won't improve your bank balance but will help expand your stationery collection.

There is a Parker sub-forum for you to parade your favourite pens too.

I'll see what I can do this weekend. While having all those 35s is a bit novel, all of mine are user grade and there's only one with anything notable about it. For those not familiar with the model, it's the little French cousin of the 75 and came in many of the same finishes.
