S.T. DUPONT OLYMPIO LACQUER DE CHINE GODRONS FOUNTAIN PEN

Offered is the retired S.T. Dupont France Olympio GODRONS 480583M Chinese Lacquer with Gold Trim, a rare and hard-to-find model from renowned S.T.Dupont of Paris, France.
Bought in 1999 at Holland’s most renowned juweller ‘Schaap & Citroen’ in The Hague and fully serviced there in 2005.
Red Chinese Lacquer with black stripes in varying placement decorates the body. The pen top and cap are similarly textured with "stripes" in gleaming gold plate.
When admiring the S.T. Dupont GODRON pen's silhouette, the design is seen as splitting, merging, appearing and disappearing, dependent upon the degree of curvature of the surface and the admirer's point of view. A rare collectible beauty and worthy addition to any collection.
The pen is pre-owned, gently handled and in excellent condition (see photo’s).
