Greetings from Denver! I was searching for any news on the Lamy Safari 2014 color, and found this forum - I'm excited to see it, it's rare to find active forums anymore! I have been a fountain pen geek for about 5 years now, and have a collection of mostly budget pens (LOTS of Lamys, some Pilot Preras, and a rainbow Sheaffer I call My Precioussssss). So looking forward to hanging out here :)

Welcome chefz--all my pens are budget pens. Some of them just take a little longer to fit into the budget!

Thanks everyone. I'm always ready to enthuse about pen stuffs!! I just placed an order from Goulet Pens for their waterproof black ink sampler set and a Stillman & Birn sketchbook, and am SOOOOO tempted to get the new Lamy Al-Star BlueGreen AND/or the All-Black. I've added them to my cart and then reconsidered at least half a dozen times now. At least I know I'm not alone here! :)
