Looks good, David! No one would give you a D in handwriting now. :thumb:

Your italic looks so much better without the grids I was used to seeing over at the other forum!

LAMY Vista 1.1 mm stub, Quink blue-black on regular Staples notepad paper. (There, Sailor, you happy now?)

Hi, Manny!

The italic introduction posted above actually pre-dates most of the samples I've uploaded to the elsewhere to which you alluded.

Your uncialic script has the feel of Gothic bātarde to me, and I have seen some cursive versions of that hand. However, the more cursive they were, the less legible.

Thank you so much! I've been waiting over 60 years for some one to say that! <sigh>

This is the first time I've been sort of happy with my italics. Now to find an artist who can do a better job of the swallow and the leaves if I'm to have this on my arm.

Those are some great hand-writings! I really need a calligraphy pen! Wonder what my teachers would say if I wrote all my work like that. :dirol:

You'd get detention for not finishing on time...

Luckily in university i don't get detentions, but you are right! I would probably never finish my essays! :p
