This Sheaffer Legacy features a “fantasy” orange marble barrel turned by the fine folks at Franklin-Christoph. The orange barrel features shimmering flakes that make the barrel practically glow in the hand. The Legacy has a Fine, 18k gold, inlaid nib with a slight stubbish quality to it and is extremely smooth. The nib is very soft and the tines can be spread to add some wonderful character to your writing. Flow is consistent and slightly on the wet side. The filling system is Sheaffer’s proprietary cartridge/converter and this pen does include a squeeze converter. The pen is in excellent, near mint condition and is an amazing writer. $220
