Bureau Direct's weekly newsletter (http://bureaudirect-email.co.uk/interface/external_view_email.php?P9221585018750665424203053 2285&utm_campaign=Apr14_ClairefontaineShop&utm_source=emailCampaign&utm_medium=email&utm_content=) is particularly interesting this time, announcing a significant expansion to their range of Clairefontaine books and some loose paper too. I'm not affiliated, just a happy regular customer.

They've stocked the packs of loose paper for some time. I've bought it myself from them in the past when I had a study course on the go. It's great for note-taking. A bit pricey but well worth it IMO.
