Hi all,

These pens have all been recently restored and are ready to fill with
ink and use.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please reply to me at:

michael@northwestpenworks.com

If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, shipping,
etcetera" at the bottom of this post.

Pen #1. 1944 Parker Vacumatic Junior in blue. The nib is a .7 millimeter
that I had Greg Minuskin retip for me. Part of the tip was missing, so
I had Greg give it new life. By old Parker specifications this would
be about the middle of the range for medium nibs. It is a nice smooth
wet writing Medium Stub arrow nib. See writing sample. The barrel has
about average ambering, as you can see in the photo of the pen with
the cap off. The clip has a bit of typical brassing on one side of the
feather at the top. Capped the pen measures 5 inches or 12.7 cm. When
I was at the workbench working on this pen, what jumped out at me was
the intense brilliant blue color. My photos do not do this pen
justice. Ambering noted, the overall condition of the pen is
Excellent.

Price reduced to $215.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

2. 1940/41 Parker Vacumatic oversize Maxima set in golden brown pearl.
The pen was made in the second quarter of 1941 and the pencil was made
in the fourth quarter of 1940. The pen has a Speedline aluminum fill
plunger. There is a tiny bit of typical brassing on the outside ridge of
the blind cap tassi ring. Someone very lightly scratched the initials "K
M" on the indicia panel on the cap band of the pen. The pen and pencil
have both been imprinted with the name "Albert Wayne Nielsen". The
name imprint is not too obvious. The clear barrel segments only have
very minimal ambering (see close-up photo). The nib is a smooth
writing Fine 2 tone 14K arrow. The pen clip still has the original
blue paint in the diamond. The pencil is in good working condition.

Price further reduced to $375.00 shipping included in the U.S.
Foreign shipping see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

3. ~SOLD~ to E.D.

1950 Parker 51 Aerometric in Teal Blue with solid line gold filled
cap. This is a full length 51. The cap has a couple of little shallow
bump marks and a bit of brassing on the center ridge of the clip at
the top. Also the imprint is light. The old time repairmen had no clue
that imprints would hold some importance to some collectors in the
future. The ink sac cover tube is one of the full length stainless
kind with a black plastic cap on the end. The ink sac has light
discoloration, but is much better than average. I forgot to take a
shot of the pen with the cap off, but you know what they look like,
right? I nearly completely disassembled the pen, the nib, feed,
collector, nib shell have been cleaned and the breather tube
inspected. I think it the pen is probably good to go for another 63
years!

~SOLD~ to E.D. $140.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.
