I LOVE the look of this stuff- letter size, line/grid pattern, not hideously expensive..... It's even 90 gm weight! I'm wondering if anyone has tried it and has thoughts about the bleeding, feathering, show through, dry times, etc?

I also really like that it is a small business!

I thought Heath had tried it, but I don't see his review. He does have reviews (links) of other people who have reviewed it, including one by our own KrazyIvan:

I love Doane paper, but not with fountain pens. Bleed through is a problem. It's fabulous with gel pens.

Check out the Pen Addict blog too - Brad is a big fan of Doane.

I use it with fountain pens, just not with my broad nibs. There is a bit of feathering and bleed-through, but I like the grid pattern so much that I put up with it. It's pretty absorbent paper (which is probably why there's a bit of feathering and bleed-through) so inks dry very quickly.

And, of course, it works wonderfully with pencils and rollerballs and ballpoints.

I should have mentioned that I use broad nibs almost exclusively, which certainly exacerbates any feathering/bleeding issues with paper.

I'm happy to know it plays nicely with finer nibs! :)
