Will Esterbrook Desk Pen Sections Work in J Series Pens?

Does anyone know if these Esterbrook desk set pen sections will work in the J Series pens?

Alternatively, does anyone have any J Series sections they would part with?

Not that I can think of, but more than happy to admit error!
(I usually avoid the desk pens- BTW. Just my own preference!)
