The Acrylic is a very nice, swirly white and silver pearlesence, that is a little hard to capture in pictures (Look at HD pictures below).
I have adjusted the nib, using the 'ease my flex mod’ shown on this forum. The nib is now more easily flexible, giving some more line variation than before.

The problem that I have with this pen is that I find it hard to start up sometimes. I don’t know why that is, otherwise it is a very nice pen.
If you do not like the nib, you could always switch to another cheap #6 sized nib, ex: Goulet nib or monteverde nib, or Knox nib from xfountainpens.com
This pen is a piston filler that works good.
Pen is new, it came in this week from Gouletpens. I am looking to save up for a TWSBI Micarta, so this has to go!
