I am selling a Montblanc 216, from the Danish production, in a very nice condition with no engravings or serious scratches. It is nicely polished and good to become a daily writer or part of a nice collection.

This is the largest production pen of the Danish 50's era. The different models were 212, 214, and finally the full size, analogous to the 146, the 216.

It has a no 6 F/M nib that is slightly stubbish and has some softness and springiness to it. It writes super wet and quite smooth. The only flaws are that it has some brassing, but the gold trim is in pretty good condition. The part that matters most, the clip, has little to no brassing. I really like its ski-slope grooved ebonite feed, and the flow it provides is amazing.

It posts nicely and makes it a perfect size. The girth I would estimate at somewhere between an M600 and M800.
I normally use a Visconti Wall Street Regular edition, and I find both that and the 216 to be perfect length and girth for me, if that helps.

The sac is in good condition, nice and soft and no signs of hardening at all. The button filler works and this pen holds a nice 1.5-1.6 mL of ink.

I am selling this pen for SOLD shipped to CONUS.

No international buyers, sorry.
