Classic 30's style meets modern pen in the wonderful Astoria Goliath oversize pen.

Handmade by the great German penmaker, Max Scrage using high quality materials, finishes, and workmanship.

Ebonite pen and feed. Sterling silver trims. Button filler.

Smooth and crisp 18K gold nib, adjusted and ground to italic B by the great nibmeister, Michael Masuyama. Excellent writer as you can see in the writing sample below.

Pen is about 5-5/8" ( 14.2 cm ) capped and about 9/16" (14 mm) diameter barrel.

Comes with outer box and wood presentation box.

Asking $1,099 plus shipping for this unique and rare pen.

Shame though as these go for over $1,200 if bought new, sealed in the box.....

Astoria Pen, a grail pen for me. I love that ebonite feed, would that be considered a ski-slope feed?

That is an amazing pen. If it were the blue model I would be selling off stock to get it. Gorgeous.
