If you all will buy my pens so I can buy a Nakaya I'll review it! ;)

I've got a few very nice pens that need new homes, while they are lovely I don't *write* with them and the only reason I own pens is to use them. So they need to go.

1. Visconti Ragtime 20th Anniversary Limited Edition FP. (#46/1988) $460 shipped.

The nib started life as an M but was made fabulous by Pendleton Brown. The limited edition nib is not flexible, but it is now a lovely cursive italic. Pen has been inked twice. I am just not a fan and I just don't use it.

Comes complete the way it came from Chatterly Luxury Goods. Visconti paper slip box, fake snake skin box, ink, the whole shebang.

2. Pelikan Tortoise 101N (Restored by Rick Propas) $600 Shipped
Here we have what Rick Propas calls a "user grade Pelikan Tortoise 101N." It was restored by Rick before I bought it. New cork (which does like to be stored wet), and a tiny crack in the bind stabilized. It has been inked once since restoration but I just don't use it. The nib is a sort of fine-medium and semi flex. Smooth writing, lays down a lovely line of ink and springs delightfully.

Someone please given this deserving bird a home.

The crack Rick stabilized is visible in this image at the bottom of the binde.

3. Montblanc 344 OB - $65 Shipped SOLD
In nice shape, but this pen is leaking ink. It probably just needs a new piston seal but since I haven't used it much since I bought it I'd rather just sell it than go through the hassle of repairing it. Smooth nib, very nice pen. I say again: it needs repair, last time I filled it the ink dripped out.

4. Montblanc Wartime 334 1/2 (Steel OB) $170 Shipped
This is a sweet little pen, wartime production so no cap bands (they are engraved into the cap instead) and a steel OB nib. Nib has a bit of give, but not super flex. Nice and smooth as well. Pen fills and writes well. BHR end caps have discolored from age but no cracks or other issues. (It is *not* actually that much smaller than the 244 in the picture below, weird camera angle and forced persecutive just makes it look tiny.

5. Montblanc 244G M flex nib $220 Shipped
This was my first Montblanc. (See picture above with 334 1/2. In good solid working condition, hardware in good shape, cap bands were refitted by Ron Zorn so look brand new. The nib is a delightfully flexible M that writes smooth and wet. I am selling this only because I now have 2 244s and just don't need two of them.
