Hi all,

These pens all have been restored and are ready to fill with ink and use.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please reply to me at:

michael@northwestpenworks.com

If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, shipping,
etcetera" at the bottom of this post.

Pen #1. circa 1928 Parker Duofold Senior in Lapis blue. The pen has a nice
smooth writing factory Broad Stub nib. The Parker stub nibs are quite
scarce in these early pens. The barrel is a bit darker than the cap
and the cap also has some faint discoloration. The discoloring is not
as dark as it appears in the photos. The barrel imprint is a bit
light, but all legible. I installed a silicone ink sac in the pen.
There is no brassing on the clip or cap bands. The broad stub nib lays
down a nice wet line. I would say this is a decent example of a lapis
Duofold Sr., with much better than average color and a truly
exceptional nib.

Price $995.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

2. 1946 Parker Vacumatic Maxima in Emerald Green. This is a harder to
find single jewel model. The only damage I found on the pen is a bit
of brassing along the bottom edge of the cap band. The barrel segments
have exceptional clarity and is better than the close-up photo of the
barrel. I did not find any brassing on the clip and it has the
original blue paint in the diamond. The nib is a very smooth writing
Flexible Extra Fine bordering on Fine. See writing sample.
Flexible nibs in any Vacumatic are scarce, but to have one in an
oversize Vac Maxima is a rare find indeed! I would not call the nib a
wet noodle, but it is fairly close.

Price $695.00 shipping with insurance included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

3. ~SOLD~ to M.A.

Pelikan 100N with green pearl binde. I had Joel Hamilton replace
the plunger gasket and it is filling well. The section has some
repaired splits and some of the black coating on the section is gone.
The damage was on the under side and on the edge next to the nib,
where no pressure is applied when using the pen, so I am sure that
the section will not break again. I would carry it in my pocket and I
just might, if it does not sell. The nib is a smooth flexible Fine CN
chromium-nickel alloy, made during WW II. The nib makes thin to
broad lines with light pressure.

~SOLD~ to M.A. $175.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

Rules, Shipping, Etc.

The usual rules apply, the person sending the first e-mail on an item
~stating intent to purchase~ gets the item. I will give you 5 days to
decide if you like the pen or not. I prefer payment by PayPal but also
accept checks or money orders in USD. I can only accept payment by
PayPal from countries outside the U.S. I ship worldwide, so
international customers are always welcome.

Prices are post paid in the U.S., and will be shipped with a tracking
number and insurance. I normally ship inside the U.S. by U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail, which is $24.75 to most countries,
except Canada, which is less. I can also ship to other countries by
by Express International Mail, if you request it, but it is costly.

Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. If there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem
or replace the item, when and if possible. Otherwise a full refund
will be offered. If you find a problem and choose to send the item
(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.

Happy penning!
