No brand name anywhere. Only the text 14kt gold plated on the nib. The pencil side still works, too. Sparkly purple color.

I have had a few of those pens made out of the sparkly plastic, and they all seem to sort of melt and get lumpy. I am not sure what brand they are, but think they are all the same brand, if that makes any sense...
