How do you delete / move a thread from a forum

I've just created a thread in the incorrect forum, how do you delete it and create in the correct one. I've recreated it in the correct forum, and need to delete the original. Thanks

Edit should allow deleting a post.

When you click on edit the top section should say "Delete this post in the following manner" with a drop down box.

Users can delete their own posts, but only admin/mods can delete threads. Just report the post and leave a note saying its a duplicate and you'd like it deleted.
