Hi all,

These pens all have been restored and are ready to fill with ink and use.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please reply to me at:

michael@northwestpenworks.com

If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, shipping,
etcetera" at the bottom of this post.

Pen #1. 1947 Parker 51 clear demonstrator fountain pen with gold
filled cap. The date mark on the pen has three dots around the number
7, indicating that it was produced during the first quarter of '47 and
it would have been the last year of production for this Vacumatic
version. The barrel is not marked demonstrator, which is not uncommon,
in my experience. The pen is all original and does not have any
reproduced parts. The barrel is very clean, because I did as thorough
a job as I could removing the old ink before I replaced the diaphragm.
The clip and cap have no brassing and the clip has the original blue
paint in the diamond. The cap has no dents, etc. There are no fissures
in the plastic. I did not do a writing sample with the pen for obvious
reasons. In my photos, the pen picked up some of the color from the
printed background paper, it is actually clear white. The nib is an extra
fine. The pen is in Excellent Condition.

Price $395.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

2. ~SOLD~ to H.S.

1948 Parker 51 full size Aerometric set in plum with Lustraloy
caps. Plum colored 51's are a deep dark violet color and fairly
difficult to find. The actual color is hard to distinguish in my photos.
The cap on the pencil has more apparent wear than the cap on
the pen. The cap on the pen has some micro scratches, but retains
a fairly good matte finish, better than average. The pencil is cap
actuated, meaning the whole cap moves when you press it to propel
the lead. The pencil is working well. The ink sac in the pen has
moderate ink staining, but you can still see the ink level, when you
hold it up towards a light. The pen has a full length cover tube made
of aluminum and it is in nice condition. The nib is a smooth writing
Fine 14K and it lays down a nice wet line.

~SOLD~ to H.S. $325.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

3. Parker 75 fountain pen and roller ball set in sterling Cisele
pattern. Both pens were made in the U.S.A. Both have dished/indented
ends. The silver colored disc is missing from the top of the roller
ball. The only damage I found is on the roller ball pen, there are a
couple of slight bumps, pushed outward, towards the barrel end.
The cartridge in the roller ball will need to be replaced. The fountain
pen is a cartridge/converter fill and has a converter in it. The nib is a
smooth Fine 14K and writes a nice dark wet line. Both pens show some
signs of use on the gold plated ends, tiny bump marks. I did not find
any plating loss on either pen.

Price for the set $250.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

Rules, Shipping, Etc.

The usual rules apply, the person sending the first e-mail on an item
~stating intent to purchase~ gets the item. I will give you 5 days to
decide if you like the pen or not. I prefer payment by PayPal but also
accept checks or money orders in USD. I can only accept payment by
PayPal from countries outside the U.S. I ship worldwide, so
international customers are always welcome.

Prices are post paid in the U.S., and will be shipped with a tracking
number and insurance. I normally ship inside the U.S. by U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail, which is $24.75 to most countries,
except Canada, which is less. I can also ship to other countries by
by Express International Mail, if you request it, but it is costly.

Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. If there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem
or replace the item, when and if possible. Otherwise a full refund
will be offered. If you find a problem and choose to send the item
(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.

Happy penning!
