The Volkswagen of fountain pens - the Parker 45 - is getting some well deserved attention in this forum of late, so it is rather appropriate that I post some photos of one such variation of this pen model, that arrived just today in the post from the U.K., courtesy of an eBay seller (pony...express) who also frequents FPG.
The 45 model in question is the Insignia. It has a black plastic section, a 14kt gold nib and a barrel and cap that is gold plated.
