Saw this listing and i am not sure about the nib size. Can somebody please help me identify is it a M or an F?

Thanks.

Probably the best way is to ask the seller as there are no markings on the nib as to its size. Or even better, ask the seller for some sample writing.

There are never any markings on these types of Montblanc nibs that show their tip width.

This looks narrower than a Medium to me, and looks very much like my Fine nibs. So I would bet it's a Fine

I called it as a fine since it looks pretty much like my fine. But mine is a fine based in hearsay, since I got it secondhand as a Fine but they have no markings, as has been mentioned. It also made sense because my fine is a little broader than my Asian fine pens. It also writes very differently with different inks and on different paper, as to be expected. Controversy of small differences, anyone?

Yes Montblanc Fine nibs are Medium by comparison to Japanese nibs e.g. Pilot.

I recently bought a Pilot Fine and it's like a needle compared with my Mb Fine.
