This is a Monblanc 146. The body of the pen appears to be 1980s or later and is in excellent condition. The 18K fine nib is older, probably from the 1970s. The nib writes smooth as glass, but does not exhibit any flex.
I just recently had the pen serviced by a reputable repairman, so the piston is working great, the pen is clean, the window is clear, and it is all in great working order. $300.
