Does anyone know where I can purchase a Pelikan M800 in red? I did not realise they had been discontinued, and now I cannot seem to find one anywhere.

Rick Propas is usually my first stop for Pelikans. His website is The Penguin (http://www.thepenguinpen.com/) He has many pens that are not listed so I suggest that you send him an e-mail with what you are after.

Another source is member Printhardcopy out of singapore. The best way to reach him is by e-mail at printhardcopy@yahoo.com.sg
His sale link is here PHC M800 Sale Listing (http://fpgeeks.com/forum/showthread.php/2761-New-Logo-Pelikan-M400-M600-M800-M1000-Fountain-Pen-All-Nib-Size)

Do you mean all red or red stripe?

Thanks for the recommendations, Jeph :)

Whych, I am referring to the red stripe (striated) M800.

Since you are in UK, I suggest checking what German Regina Martini has at Martiniauctions:

http://www.martiniauctions.com/browse.html?search=1&search_title=pelikan+m800+red&search_category=&action=search

I believe you can have Regina Martini fit any nib size you want from EF up to 3B. I have dealt with her a number of times and it has always been hassle free.

EDIT: I now notice the threads age so the OP has likely got his red M800 by now. But other Europeans may be interested in the site. Regina Martini has A LOT of Pelikan pens, also discontinued models and LE's.
