Does anyone know if there's a place that sells vintage nibs? Or do you just have to hunt around for a pen to salvage one off of.

Thanks

Of course it depends upon the make you are looking for, but there's Vintage Waterman Pens (http://www.vintagewatermanpens.com/product-category/nibs/)as a starting point.

best of Luck,

I've not bought anything from them, but Five Star Pens (http://www.fivestarpens.com/) seems to have a lot in the way of unmarried nibs.

You can also try the "Wanted" forum: http://fpgeeks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php/9-Want-to-Buy-or-Trade

Be as specific as possible, including details of the pen the nib is for, and any details you might have of the nib you are replacing.

Also, John Mottishaw (www.nibs.com) carries some here (http://www.nibs.com/vintage-fountain-pen-nibs-for-sale.htm).
