Hi all,
These pens all have been restored inside and out and are ready to fill
with ink and use, except the Waterman's Ripple pencil, it takes lead...

4. ~SOLD~ to E.D.
Parker 75 fountain pen and roller ball set in sterling Cisele
pattern. Both pens were made in the U.S.A. Both have dished/indented
ends. The silver colored disc is missing from the top of the roller
ball. The only damage I found is on the roller ball pen, there are a
couple of slight bumps, pushed outward, towards the barrel end.
The cartridge in the roller ball will need to be replaced. The fountain
pen is a cartridge/converter fill and has a converter in it. The nib is a
smooth Fine 14K and writes a nice dark wet line. Both pens show some
signs of use on the gold plated ends, tiny bump marks. I did not find
any plating loss on either pen.

5. circa 1928 Waterman's Red Ripple oversize pencil. This pencil would
have been a match to a #55, #56, or 58. I have also seen these oversize
Ripple pencils originally matched with #52 and #54 pens, as some
people bought the larger diameter pencils for their set. The pencil is
working properly. These are "propel" only and do not retract the lead,
it has to be pushed back manually. The trim has no brassing, the black
portions are black. The pencil measures 5 1/2 inches or 14 cm. The
condition is Excellent plus and it is one of the nicest Ripple pieces
I have owned.

Conklin model P4 Crescent fill fountain pen, in black chased hard
rubber, with hand engraved cap band. This model has larger number 4
size nib. The P4's are a short fatter model, that I think were
probably intended to be a vest pocket pen. It is a clip-less pen (it
never had a pocket clip). It has some wear to the chasing and barrel
imprints and light to moderate discoloration. The crescent has a bit
of typical brassing on the top edge. The cap band has a couple of
problems, there is a V notch that was cut in the lower edge of the
band, where someone tested it for gold content. Also there is a about
a 2 to 3 mm dent on the left side of the indicia panel. I think you
can find both in my photos. The nib is a smooth Flexible Extra Fine
14K. I noticed the nib made railroad track line, a bit, so I need to
heat adjust the feed tighter to the underside of the nib. Capped the
pen measures 4 1/4 inches. This is a somewhat scarce model of Conklin
and fairly early. Only one side of the crescent is stamped with the
Crescent-Filled imprint. I think it was probably made in the teens,
sometime before 1920.

Rules, Shipping, Etc.
The usual rules apply, the person sending the first e-mail on an item
~stating intent to purchase~ gets the item. I will give you 5 days to
decide if you like the pen or not. I prefer payment by PayPal but also
accept checks or money orders in USD. I can only accept payment by
PayPal from countries outside the U.S. I ship worldwide, so
international customers are always welcome.
Prices are post paid in the U.S., and will be shipped with a tracking
number and insurance. I normally ship inside the U.S. by U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail, which is $24.75 to most countries,
except Canada, which is less. I can also ship to other countries by
by Express International Mail, if you request it, but it is costly.
Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. If there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem
or replace the item, when and if possible. Otherwise a full refund
will be offered. If you find a problem and choose to send the item
(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.
