This pen was purchased, not long ago, from a reputable restorer. The pen is in great shape. The lever is tight, the sac is supple, the jewels are intact, and the clip can be turned, but does not spin. I can see no noticeable bulges.
The 2284 Broad Signature stub, is ridiculously smooth, and the 9048 is great for someone who wants a good amount of flex. Just these two nibs would run you $65. The 9048 was purchased from Anderson Pens at the Triangle pen show, and has barely been used.
The pen is in excellent shape, and if it wasn't just a touch too small to cooperate with my RSI, I wouldn't get rid of it.
