The subject of this set of images is a recently acquired vintage Waterman Skywriter circa early 1950's. This is one handsome pen, with a chrome cap with a combination polished and brushed finish. It is a lever filler and the cap has a threaded fit only requiring two thirds of a turn to undo. The nib is a smooth firm fine that is quite wet. I'm having a binge on Waterman pens from this era and every one, including this one, has been a pleasant surprise.
