One of a couple pens to arrive today.

A Pilot Elite Lady, most likely from the 1980s. A elegant light taupe metal exterior with gold trims and clip, a coral/pink section with an 18K Fine nib.

Getting ready to flush the nib some more (been cleaned by the seller but it's still got some black in it). Then will follow up with a write sample... just trying to decide what ink to put in it (my Elite Mini with the 18K Soft Fine currently has some Noodler's Liberty's Elysium).

A very elegant version of my ordinary black one!

I thought about blue-black with this pen, but the main two BB inks I have is Pilot BlueBlack (in Petit only cartridges) or Noodler's Blue-Black (which takes even longer than black eel to dry). Only real pink I have is Tsutsuji , but that's a bit too much for me.

It also was a bit thin/dry running so some of the other inks I was trying just for the heck of it like Apache Sunset or Fuyu-syogun was just going down too thin, not really giving much shading opportunities or giving a darker appearance. So just went straight black with some Black eel since the lubrication will help with the thinness. It's not as thin/dry as my Montblanc 225 (which has Black Eel in it, but puts it down as sort of a dark graphite grey without drying up or skipping).

This is the back side of that sheet from earlier today:
