I just received a package in the mail containing a brand new Levenger Tech-L (B) that Dan ground to an architect's nib and a CS Wellington that Dan was asked to tune and adjust the flow.
Both came out great. I'm very happy with the writing experience on both pens now.
I would highly recommend Dan as the newest nibmeister on the block.

Here's a sample of the architect's grind.
Is that doable on a steel nib?
Which nib grade would work best???

Very doable. The nib in that Levenger is steel and it worked quite well. I would recommend as broad as possible and definitely not going any finer than a medium.

Well, yeah, like I said over on the FacialVolume thing, mine will be coming your way in the next day or two, with the Aurora as a companion. Just got back home from 9 days on the Big Island, and I'm still a little too blissed out to schedule tomorrow's activities. I'll cry myself to sleep... :)

Interesting, narrow on the vertical stroke and wide on the horizontal stroke.

That's what an architect, aka hebrew/arabic nib looks like :P
