Excellent customer service, I placed an order for several bottles of ink including the 1670 stormy grey. They shipped me everything else very quickly and e-mailed that the 1670 will be shipped when available at no extra charge. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to receive hand written thank you card with an ink sample two days later. Bert wrote that they had left the sample out in the first shipment and he wanted to make sure I received one. Wow.

Good to know. I just made my first order from them yesterday, based on good reports I'd heard. Same day shipping, 2 day delivery...so far so good!
