I had a question about the Nakaya. All the info I can find says the roiro is a black pen. This one is not on nibs.com so I was wondering. Also what does the kanji script say?

Unless I am mistaken, roiro refers to the gloss finish. The pen is shown here (http://www.nibs.com/NakayaPiccoloBlack.html) on nibs.com.

To what script are you referring? There is no script on the Nakaya, except on the box.
