I recently purchased a few Montblanc pens that are 'new old stock' and currently have them listed on Ebay.
I don't know a lot about these pens other than that they are fine and expensive.
A couple of them are marked near the serial # 'FRANCE'. Whey are these marked France? I'm feel sure these are authentic.

Not sure... BUT I do remember that France was forcing them to make the nibs 18K or 18c instead of 14k or 14c as they said it had to be at least 18k or 18c.

I have a MB 146 with an 18k and that is why I researched it.

So what are the nibs stamped?

I have a gold Montblanc rollerball also listed. It also has 'France' near serial #.
It is marked also 'Boheme Montblanc'. I can't find a gold # or hallmark. I am assuming it is gold plated.
It is ebay item # 121454475005

My Bohemes are marked France too. I think Bohemes are all made in France.
