Hi all,

These pens all have been restored inside and out and are ready to fill
with ink and use.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please reply to me at:

4. 1929 Sheaffer's oversize pen, generally referred to by pen
collectors as a Half Balance or Transitional Balance. This one
is black and white pearl. These were made when W.A. Sheaffer's Co.
was making a transition between the flat top pens and the full Balance
pens. As I recall both versions half and full Balance pens were made
in 1929. The clip on the pen has some brassing on the top, the hump
and ball. There is also a thin line of brassing on the bottom edge of
the cap band, about 4 mm long. The cap has pretty nice color in the
plastic, but the barrel has moderate even typical ambering. The nib
is a smooth Extra Fine 14K. Capped the pen measures 5 5/16 inches
or 13.5 cm. Because of the brassing and darker barrel I am pricing
this one at what I would consider a more reasonable price.

Price reduced to $225.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

5. 1920's Diamond Pen Point Co., aka Diamond Point, fountain pen in
black chased hard rubber. The pen has only a few signs of use and is
nice and shiny black. It has a nice deep imprint with crisp edges, on
the back of the cap. The pen appears to have had little use. The
nickel trim has very minor pitting and is nice overall. The nib is an
incorrect Aikin Lambert No. 3 in 14K. It is a smooth writing Stub
bordering between Medium and Broad and has quite a bit of flexibility.
Capped the pen measures 5 1/4 inches or 13.5 cm. Overall the pen is in
Excellent condition.

Price $145.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

6. c. 1932 Sheaffer's 5-30 non-White Dot Balance combination
fountain pen/pencil in black and white pearl. The barrel has been
personalized with the name Fred Stout Jr. The clip has typical
brassing across the ball and there are some streaks of brassing and
pitting on the cone of the pencil. Also, the pen and pencil portion
has moderate ambering. The pencil is working properly. The nib is a
smooth writing Extra Fine 14K 5-30. Capped the combo measures 6 inches
or 15.4 centimeters.

Price reduced to $175.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

Rules, Shipping, Etc.

The usual rules apply, the person sending the first e-mail on an item
~stating intent to purchase~ gets the item. I will give you 5 days to
decide if you like the pen or not. I prefer payment by PayPal but also
accept checks or money orders in USD. I can only accept payment by
PayPal from countries outside the U.S. I ship worldwide, so
international customers are always welcome.

Prices are post paid in the U.S., and will be shipped with a tracking
number and insurance. I normally ship inside the U.S. by U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail, which is $24.75 to most countries,
except Canada, which is less. I can also ship to other countries by
by Express International Mail, if you request it, but it is costly.

Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. If there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem
or replace the item, when and if possible. Otherwise a full refund
will be offered. If you find a problem and choose to send the item
(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.

Happy penning!

Michael McNeil
