On offer is this bottle of Montegrappa Blue ink, together with a spectacularly grained quarter-sawn oak inkstand, which has been designed and hand-crafted especially for the bottle. It will complement any desk, ancient or modern.
The specification for the inkstand reads as follows.
Length 23cm, width at widest part 15.5cm, weight a substantial 420 grammes.
Hand-crafted from a single piece of quarter-sawn oak, finished with shellac based French polish, with green woollen baize in the bottle recess and fully covering the base.
