1971 Pilot Elite, 18K Posting
Pilot Elite (Short/Black)
- 18K Posting Nib (Very firm, writes roughly a Japanese EF~Fine)
- Datecode KO 24 (March 24th, 1971, Shimura/Tokyo Plant)
- Has several scratches/chipping of paint on the cap and section band.
- Converter not included (Takes a Con-20. Not compatible with Con-50/Con-70)
- Will include two Pilot Black Cartridges
Purchased from a Japanese user mid-2014, pen was fully disassembled and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner before being used.
I've included macro shots of the notable areas of wear as well as a shot of the date code on the barrel.
