Sheaffer vintage pen. How to refill? Please help!

I just bought very pretty vintage Sheaffer pen and have no clue how to refill it and do not broke. Please help!

That^^^ People call me, or write and say "I have this Sheaffer with a white dot, and I wonder if you can fix it." I always have to ask for more detail. Sheaffer made lots of pens over about 100 years, with at least 4 different filling systems. A clear picture will tell us right away what the pen is, and then we can give you some help.
