Replacement section

Any suggestions as to a UK maker who could make a custom section for an existing cap and barrel?

Nothing fancy, black ebonite, or acrylic.

I met the lady from Black Robin pens recently at a meeting of the Space City Pen Club. She is a UK pen maker and it's possible she might be able to help.
