I tried unsuccessfully to edit the title of my for sale thread in the classifieds.

what am i not doing right ?

You can't

Mods can as they have an extra option to edit "Thread" while we only have the option to edit "post"

If you need to change a Thread Title they can do it... or just make the thread sold to close it and make a new thread.

The newest version of the editor allows you to change the title as appears above the first post in a thread, but that will not change the title of the thread.
