Well done Yazeh - I wasn't sure we'd ever get there! As per the clue, not an ink I'd normally be drawn to, but I love it!

Yesterday, when we cut one of the last roses, before rainfalls, my wife began reciting a French poem, by Pierre de Ronsard.
The poem, an ode was composed in 1545 after the twenty year old Ronsard met a 14 year old beauty, named Cassandre.
Oh and as all true stories Cassandre marries some other dude the year after.
The poems's translation in two words, is Carpe Diem...
