These were an eBay purchase and I just spent the last hour or so cleaning and polishing the barrels and caps. They don't have feeds in yet. I'm soaking those over night. With shipping they came out to just over $5 each.

The cartridge pens are nice and come in several colors. I just got one myself not too long ago.
