Identify W-E Gold Seal.

So I got this Wahl Eversharp.. but it has a few things I haven't been able to identify.. I think it is a junior size, but I have not seen one like that before. Also the gold seal is on the top of the cap, and the nib doesn't have the heart shape.

Thoughts? Input? I appreciate the feedback. I figure it may be from the 1930s.. My buddy says it may be a 1930s pen with a 1940s nib...

I would say the pen is a Signature, 1926/29, and the nib is from a Skyline, 1941.

Thanks.. I have not found any gold seals with the seal on the top.. and have not seen any signatures with the gold seal... so it is confusing.
