Need a little help identifying this Waterman

I just received a vintage Waterman in the mail. The body is plastic, “m” painted on the side. Never used. I’d love to know more about this little guy.

I am relatively sure it is a cartridge pen from the 50's, of English origin.

This looks like a Waterman line 60

I notice that it has the same name as Waterman's blue ink: Florida Blue (translated).
