Help with finding a custom pen maker

Awhile ago I found a custom pen maker that had some incredible rod stock. In particular he had a wonderful acrylic that had a section of clear red in it ( looks like it could be turned to look like a Waterman 100 yr pen). I contacted and sent a deposit for the pen and now I can't find any of my emails! I think that I saw the site on FPG and the only thing I can find is a mystery paypal payment.

So help! if anyone is this maker please reply or if you have some names of maker sites that I can look at to track down the pen I'd really appreciate it.
