After a 6-month hiatus (did I say things were improving last time? I was so very wrong... Not jinxing it again) I wrote a letter today, woohoo!
I also found a sealed envelop with a letter to Bogon07 that I seem to have written 'earlier' but not posted... Ahem...
Wrangling the "Big Class Paper" and a final exam, but hoping to get one or two out this weekend...not that it will make much of a dent in the pile...
1 out, 1 in.
Three out this morning so the reply pile is clear & the penguin can put this feet up for the time being.
Unless I've misfiled some letters or stuffed up the dates on my list  (again)
This is a great idea for a thread. Today I wrote my MPP (minister of provincial parliament for those who don't live in a Westminster democracy) to express my displeasure with the current leadership of the party that I generally like to vote for. It was a very satisfying letter to write, though it may come off a little too Grandpa Simpson. I really like sending hand written letters to my elected representatives; they're likely to assume that I'm from the older generation, who's votes they more eagerly vie for.
Celebrated taking the final exam with a short bout of letter writing. One out for tomorrow.
Congrats on finishing the class, VO!
I've got 8 letters and 3 postcards headed out tomorrow.
Yesterday I received the nicest thank you card in my box along with a couple of perfect tuck ins. Thanks for the thanks!
Just uploaded the Big Class Paper and finished the class a day ahead of time--Hoo-AH! School's out!
Gonna go write me some letters!
And a handful went out this morning
A letter from England awaited me at home
Six out. 22 to go...
Working on post cards today given rain that's crimping my outdoor plans.
5 out, 17 in the stack.
2 in, none out
Just when the reply pile is clear, two come in. Better tell penguin to put on his flipper slippers and get back to the writing desk.
Went to the PO to pick up some more international stamps.
No royal babies or jubilees. :)
Not quite a Speckled Drongo but atleast it is flight related - 100th Anniversary of the 1914 airmail from Melbourne to Sydney in a Bleriot monoplane.

I am so behind. The letter I wrote today is going to make me even behinder, because it was to a new correspondent.
