Neponset Ebonite Red Rebellion
Noodler Ebonite Red Rebellion with two-slit music nib.
Easy writer and not difficult to flex. Nice feel in the hand. Long enough to use un-posted though with my large mitts it's easy to use posted as it's well balanced. As I most often write in snippets and rarely more than a page at a time, I almost always post when possible.
Loaded with Noodler Red Black ink which, when dried, looks like a note from Satan written in blood. Excellent ink for communicating with lawyers, government officials, and ex-wives. Not recommended when communicating with the IRS.
It travels well in my coat pocket or a larger shirt pocket as the clip is sturdy.
An affordable pen at $75, I prefer it over the Noodler Triple Tail as I'm not a fan of demonstrators.
Cheers,
Sg

Great pen. I use two: one stubbed with a flex mod from stylosuite (insane nib) and an original friction feed one with a bock titanium nib.

I just watched a video with the stylosuite nib. Incredible! If it's not out of line, what's a mod cost?
Thanks.
Re: Neponset Ebonite Red Rebellion
I think I paid 245 which includes the pen. It seems steep but remember it is a grind, flex mod and feed adjustment. It’s the best modern nib I have ever used regardless of material or professional work. I really want to try stylosuites harpoon ef semi flex nib next (but I already have too many pens)...
