Visconti Divina Desert springs

I have a Visconti Divina Desert springs LE fountain pen with 18k dual tone Medium nib, material of this pen is stunning.

Recently I also broke the clip of this pen.

I have written an email to Visconti Italy few weeks back but haven't received any reply yet.
I am from India and I am not able to access the Coles of London website (seems it's not allowed to access from India).

Coles of London only repair pens sent to them from within the US and they only dispatch within the US.

In order to receive service from elsewhere in the world you have to contact Visconti directly. It's possible that they have been closed throughout the whole Christmas & New Year period. Fingers crossed you receive a reply soon. :)

Pretty sure they advertised their clips as unbreakable at one point, hopefully not something they still do.
