Any assistance on an ID would be great
I spotted this mixed in a lot of junk pencils/pens in ebay. Tagged out with the cheap enough Buy It Now just for this piece. I have no clue what it is/manufacturer. It looks 30's/40's vintage but that section is modern (ish) and looks to take a rollerball or possibly felt tip refill of some kind. Does anyone have a clue what/who/when on this guy?
