Short Conway Steward Fountain Pen
Can anyone help me to identify this short little Conway Steward. The engraving on the barrel is worn away so i cant read the number.
Its 9cm long capped and has the 14ct gold CS nib. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2323619960.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c3f2db4bc6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2d62e2b23a.jpg
Re: Short Conway Steward Fountain Pen
Conway nib doesn't necessarily mean conway pen
It looks far more like a Platignum Petite that has had the nib replaced with a Conway nib see;

Re: Short Conway Steward Fountain Pen
That one certainly looks the part. I can vaguely make out STAMFORD on the one side of the barrel and made in England with something else above it on the other side of the barrel.
Re: Short Conway Steward Fountain Pen
That sure is a beautiful pen with an amazing pattern.
Thanks
