Berlin Pen Party, Saturday, March 18 2023, 4 p.m., Arminius Markthalle, Berlin-Moabit

On behalf of my dear friend Tom Westerich I post his announcement here:

Here are the core dates of the Berlin Pen Party!

On March 18, 2023 in the Arminius Markthalle, Berlin Moabit.
from 4 p.m. until closing time, 10 p.m. max.
We booked the "PopUP area", with room for about 50 people.

Our goal is to unite the Berlin pen community with the Berlin Pen Party,
and then of course to bring selected collectors from other parts of the world.
It shouldn't be a "normal" International Pen Show.
We have chosen the location appropriately, with little space for exhibitors,
but plenty of room for eating, drinking, chatting, playing.
We charge no entry or table fees, but food and drink is on you.

If you want to exhibit - please do not bring too many fountain pens, 3 or 3 folders are good,
more is beyond the scope.

I would love to join - unfortunately the trip to Berlin is about 800km too long...

I love hearing about gatherings like this, even though it is half a world away. I've known Carla for years, from pen shows, and only met Tom last August at the San Francisco Pen Show. I hope you have a wonderful gathering!

Please make sure to post plenty of feedback and photos after the event. What a great idea! I wish I could be there, but I'll be out on Safari looking for pens at the first big market of the year here in my little region of France. Have fun!
