1980 Parker "Wood Pen", palisander wood

...somewhat bizarre design but nevertheless interesting (possibly made by the same designer as the Parker "Stumpy")
I knew of this pen but have never seen one before, thanks for posting.
@Christof, love the vintage /simplicity of this one, bravo :thumb:
If Parker made this now I would buy it.

If Parker had learned from @christof, it would be in a much better place[emoji846]
someone called this Safari like "color of conrete", so I immediately had to check:

...and yes. it comes close. The Safari Itoya is somewhat a "brutalist" fountain pen. Cool, I always knew!

Torre Blancas Madrid, Spain - example of brutalist architecture
Brilliant! So when are you going to construct a Safari building? ;)
...well, the Safari Building is already planned. But building it is another task...
(...in some cases, it is better if architecture remains on paper)

another example (not brutalist but classic) of pen inspirated architecture:

but in this case the architect (G. Semper) was convinced enough to take the step of building this design detail and leave the straight path of symmetry which was an extraordinarily courageous step at the time... :D
Well done!
That's truly outstanding @christof. I prefer your design to G. Semper's. I love how you play with asymmetry in human obsession with symmetry :thumb:

...maybe someone could explain me how to insert videos correctly here?
You would make Ray Harryhausen very proud!
There is a film icon just above the reply window that permits inserting your video link.
